UPDATED 7/1/2020

The deadline to enter the BPA 10U, 11U, and 13U World Series in Warsaw-CCAC is July 3. We have to make a few adjustments. And we will appreciate that you register your team ASAP if you intend to play.

Firstly as of today, Governor Holcomb has initiated a “Stage 4.5” through July 17. This will affect us for the first three days of the tournament (and perhaps the entire tournament). We must be mindful of gatherings of up to 250, so we will define TEAM-UMP-STAFF ONLY areas, SPECTATOR areas, and TEAM WARMUP areas at the CCAC. We will designate entrance/exit areas per age group.

There will NOT BE an entrance “gate” fee collected at the park. Instead, a $300 Team Gate Fee is added to the tournament entry fee. The total cost for the world series is $800 (original $500 trny. entry fee plus the $300 team gate fee). No one will have to pay at the CCAC to get in, and it will net to cost savings for team families overall.

We will not have the typical Mandatory Team Check-In, Mandatory Manager Meeting, or Skills/HR Competition, on Tuesday, July 14. We will begin games Wed. morning, July 15.

BPA World Series qualifications have been waived, so any 2020 BPA registered team may play. The uniform compliance rule is also waived.

Talk to your teams and families. Given the hectic scenarios we are navigating through with all of this, we will extend the entry deadline to Monday, July 6. All entry paperwork must be emailed, and we prefer fees paid by PayPal (or you can *mail a check). But please get your team registered online at as soon as you know you are playing.
