Comments:  Fields are dragged and lined before first game of the day. There is touch up after each game if needed and a mid day recondition of the fields. There are 8 fields fenced at 200', 2 fenced at 175', 1 fenced at 275'. These are proportionate for youth softball/baseball and not adult fields converted into youth fields.
Rules:  Parking charge of $6 per day or $10 for the weekend. For 3 day events, there is a 3 day pass available for $15 for the weekend. Up to 3 coaches permitted free. Plenty of warm up space. Onsite concessions, coolers permitted. NO GRILLES! This is a fire hazard.

Benefits and tournament plus insurance discounts are available to all OnTurf Baseball League teams.

Insurance

All teams must have West Point Insurance to participate. A tournament discount of $25 off the entry fee is issued to teams that do have the West Point Insurance. Teams not having West Point Insurance can still participate but will not get the $25 discount. The Tournament Director will purchase a West Point weekend policy for your team at least 3 business days prior to the tournament. Teams are required to mail or email a certificate of insurance and parent signed BPA roster at least two weeks prior to the tournament.

Payment

Payment for tournament is due three weeks before start of tournament. When the tournament fills up, payment will be requested at that time. No refund of payment is given after the tournament has closed. Payments are to be made payable to "OnTurf Sports LLC" and indicate team name, age group and tournament date.
